This year we've been using Abeka's homeschool program and it's a great program. Their Phonics although boring for Tyler has really taught him alot. And their math is good but it's just not Saxon. For K5 we used Saxon and Tyler LOVED doing math and he learned so much. So this year when we tried to switch to Abeka he was a little bored and we were both missing all the fun Saxon stuff. So I went to http://www.rainbowresource.com/prodlist.php?sid=1165450020-735996&subject=10&category=5 RainbowResources and ordered the Saxon Math as well as some of the books recommened by the Well-Trained Mind; I really would have loved to have known about this book 3 years ago. I also got Megan the Butterfly Pavilion and some butterfly books for Christmas. I'm so excited about having our Saxon back. I also recommend the Rainbow Resources site to everyone. The prices are the best, they have almost everything and you get free shipping if you spend $150.

I stumbled on your blog while doing a search for Rainbow Resources. My family and I are about to embark on the homeschooling journey and Rainbow Resources was recommended. I will definitely check out the Saxon math program now that I read your blog.
