Yes, it's the time when we have to change Julie's (Tyler's Gerbil) cage. I don't mind changing the cage but it's Tyler's job to scoop him up and keep him out of everything while I do the rest. We discovered the easiest place for this was in the bathroom. Jinx gets so excited. He knows this is his only real chance he has to finally get Julie. He's made so many failed attempts at capturing him. For the following 2 days after the cage change Jinx will go in the bathroom and meow at me to try to get me to bring Julie in there for him. Tyler is pretty protective of Julie though. Next month will be 2 years that Julie has shared a home with Tyler! Not bad for a Gerbil.
