Megan has began Saxon K and her first assignment was to make something using the pattern blocks so she choose to make her family. I thought these little people were really cute.
Tyler decided to take a more dramatic approach to being back at school work. Here's what he decided:
Once we finished we all of our drama and began to make progress I introduced the kids to Sequential Spelling. This will be our very first year trying it out but I must say the first day went really good with it. I loved it when Tyler broke down the word Beginning without trouble. The book says only 8% of all 3rd graders and 60% of all 8th public school kids can spell it correctly. Isn't that sad to think.
